I got tricked by the glowing (and maybe fake, since most are from ages ago) reviews and ended up purchasing this plugin. The support is a total joke; no matter how clearly you lay out the issue, it takes 3-4 emails just to reach someone who actually gets it. In my situation, after finding out that their order identification form treats the 'email' field as case sensitive, they wanted me to cough up an extra 70-80 bucks to fix this bug. Plus, the product return and exchange form is not at all mobile-friendly; it looks like something from the 90s. On top of all that, the version of the plugin being sold here is way, way behind the one available on the wpswings site.

We can't really comment on the service from Wp Swings since we just bought their service, but I gotta say, Ishant was super helpful during the installation.

After checking out some reviews here, I realize I'm not the only one feeling this way. I asked for a refund after getting rid of their products that just don’t function right, but they turned me down after weeks of back-and-forth, even though they initially promised a refund within 30 days.

Their plugins seem fine at first glance, but there are little hints of major problems. For instance, they keep customers' credit card information in your WordPress app instead of letting Stripe manage that data.

UPDATE: In response to the comment below: I haven’t been requesting any custom work. After buying and discovering that the full features weren’t available and their method of handling credit card info isn’t how we prefer to operate, I’ve just been asking for a refund. Yet, WP Swings' so-called "support" keeps twisting it into me wanting custom work. It’s super frustrating! All I want is my money back and for my license to be canceled. They’ve ignored my last three emails, but somehow they found time to respond to this...
